I found the lights I was looking for at a great price. They kept me updated on the delivery, and the lights got here fast. I got myself 2 bedside lamps, and after about a month of using them, I spotted some wires peeking out from the in-line switch. It was a manufacturing issue, so I had to file a warranty claim since it was past the 14-day return window. I called up Moonlight, sent them a pic, and they treated me really well. The next day, a brand new lamp showed up at my door - big thanks for the fantastic service!

I ordered a couple of Tiffany Glass Brooklyn pendant lights that were supposedly 'due for release' in 40 days. Turns out, that 40 days is just the shipping time from China. What I received wouldn’t even catch my eye at a flea market, even if it was priced at £20, let alone the £83.50 I forked out for each. Sending them back cost me £15, but I've learned to be more cautious when buying heavier items that come with return fees—especially when they’re just shipped in to fill my order. Such a letdown, honestly.

I placed an order for a lamp, but it was backordered. I really wanted this specific lamp, so I was okay with the wait. Moonlight Design kept me updated throughout the whole process. When it finally got here, it was missing the finial, but they offered me another base with the finial, which showed up the very next day. It's truly stunning and looks fantastic. I can't express enough gratitude to the team at Moonlight Design; they were amazing in resolving the issue. Thanks a ton for everything!

I'm writing this in late 2020, and as expected, the two outdoor wall lights I ordered from the Swedish brand Konst Smide were out of stock, leading to a delay of a few weeks. No other UK online retailer had them available either, even though their sites claimed they did. Since Moonlight had a good price, I decided to hang tight. The reason I'm giving this a full 5 stars isn't just because the lights were fantastic and top-notch when they finally showed up (which they were), but mainly due to the excellent communication from Moonlight Design. After months of dealing with various shops and suppliers, it was refreshing to work with a company that was so responsive and kept me in the loop. I wholeheartedly recommend this London-based business and will surely look to use them again.

Fantastic service and a quality item. I ordered my light fitting one day, and it showed up in less than 48 hours. The packaging was solid, and even though I haven't unwrapped the light yet (still doing some building work), I'm pretty sure it’s in perfect condition. I had a bunch of questions before making my purchase (about fixings, cables, etc.), and Beth along with her team were super helpful and patient, giving me all the info I needed to make a smart choice on the light fitting I ended up buying. I wouldn't think twice about shopping with Moonlight Design Ltd again or telling my family and friends about them.

I've ordered from Moonlight several times for both indoor and outdoor lighting. The team knows their stuff when it comes to a wide variety of products. If they’re ever in doubt, they reach out to their suppliers for the right technical info, making sure you get accurate advice.
Delivery has been spot on; I always get a notification with a link to track the courier, usually within a day. The packages arrive well-protected and secure.
Even during Covid-19, their customer service hasn’t skipped a beat (unlike some other places) - they’re always reachable by phone and quick to return calls.
They also offer a design service.
Top-notch service and high-quality products, so I’d definitely recommend Moonlight.
